Big Brother is watching you, says one of the placards.. and the big brother is using many many smaller brothers who have a credibility to endorse about themselves and hence the big brother in a different way... as compared to the fiction of Orwell.. A nation where in the four pillars of democracy, which has been penetrated and punctured repeatedly without the knowledge of "majority".. or I can put it this way as to "majority" have been kept that way for almost 6 decades now if I consider Independence day as the new start which is not exactly true in definitive sense ... Now they are trying to solve problems of the "aam admi" which in itself an euphemism compared to the previous term they used to call "Gharibi" collectively .. Now Aam Admi sounds a little more better than "Gharibs". Firstly you are not in a group of "Gharibs", But you have been grouped and identified to a lesser severe sounding version of the "Gharibs" a.k.a "Common man" the Aam Admi which doesn't exactly state your Social Status, kind of work you do ,Meager food they provide you to eat or that you have earn, and dwelling place (slums ) they create to keep you in place and the facilities that you are entitled to get living in that nation full of Pseudo-quasi Patriotic Jock Bullshit People don't give a shit about you in any sense. Hey But then, they have to keep you happy and happiness is only a state of mind :P .. Even though if you don't want to be part of the system, the system has a place for you.. But that's an IDEAL case in which you are governed by anyone.. This can be dismissed without thinking much about it because we never have thought about it, but we have that initial predisposition that it wont work.

UID have been launched so that the aam admi will be benefited most from the government schemes and scams. This will reach every household to benefit the poor and the needy.. as well as the ignorant citizen who utilizes it though he doesn't know how exactly it works.. It works for all I suppose.. The politicians who has stash up huge amounts of money.. The bureaucrats who can access information on certain sects of people who are not entitled to know certain things... The policy makers who are like hand in glove with the people that control most of the things.. that keeps us dumb.. etc etc... Everyone will be benefited lets not doubt one bit about that.. In the time of reforms which needs to be implemented in administrative structure to diminish the red tape, To bring in more transparency in everyone's actions, To bring about change that is needed to be more humane in terms of giving equal opportunity to everyone.. They want a super solution that creates a illusion of SOLUTION... Its like assuming that their is no disease when you are infected and trying to find solution for the future disease that you don't even know. What's the need to implement such a big program anyways? Why is that program been launched in the first place where you have not implemented the previous schemes properly and effectively?? And who controls those information? What are the right to access the information? who are the people accountable for implementation? What are the loopholes?? Without discussing the Pro's and Con's of a particular system with the concerned representation (Firstly there has to be a consensus about collective and concerned representation of a particular entity) you are only propagating the soar grapes philosophy to the common man using his own money and a popular face.. (See Nandan above). Instead of overhauling the entire system of bureaucracy and the rights and wrongs of the policy making you are just trying to transfer system of corruption to another system of doubtfully I am stating it as Electronic corruption coz the corrupt never get caught in this country coz judiciary is designed in that way.. Not in this country where Money can alter reality and have a orgy with 4 pillars of democracy.

Legislature: All powerful who screw around with all the other three at will and sometimes themselves just to for the pure amusement of that thrill. Its not easy to change.. Every constructive bill has to be passed through series fights and the bills which are against them will never see the light of the day..

Executives: Who screws only the poor, but hey they have been said to do so.. Its almost like husband and wife saga.. Screwing happens whether its consensual or rape...

Judiciary: Its only seems sane all the time and at higher places only with occasional irregularities, but the lower levels have been penetrated by everyone who can insert money at appropriate places.

Press: Acts accordingly to the situation.. like pimps and w***** who have high self esteem to show that they have been made to do so purposefully by the top two. Accessible to everyone.. and sometimes they do charity shows too..

And all others (aam admi) have been fundamentally screwd terms of whatever the above four feeds them (after effects)... be it access to knowledge, policies, freedom, entertainment, lifestyle etc etc.. anything that we can think of accessing which includes thinking in most cases.. We have nothing of our own to show, but we have to be proud about Arab invasion and British rule . Such is the common sense of people.. The common man's highest level of intellectual zenith is reached when he buys a good car (and can afford a driver) Iphone's, Laptop's and lives in a reasonable locality where there no crime and with a decent hotel to eat and marry someone to teach all that things to be done in the next generation. The aam admi also detests whats his.. but thinks other things cool and trendy.. He can't think about any idea that is his.. But he is ready to implement a failed concept or ideas of others.. in terms of science, arts, culture etc.. Such is the power and ignorance of thy...

Of course there is lot's of positives about the UID and further implementation of e-money schemes and money in-terms of commodities and other benefits.. but only if the rotten door of corruption is kicked in the nuts we will feel little more secure about the implementation of whatever schemes that they are portraying to be..
