If Kafka is correct in saying that, then we can minimize the uncertainty in measurements predicted by Heisenberg to a minimum since our intrusion in the measurement process is will be at a possible minimum when we are idle (although our existence and the act of idly observing the universe will obviously introduce some uncertainty which may be far less in magnitude when compared to, say, using a flow meter to measure the flow...
